My attempt at a daily photograph showing something about me, my fellow inmates, and our natural habitat. May or may not include photos of people; I am still pondering opening that door.

It Takes so Little ...
to excite some people, like me evidently. I was making birthday cupcakes just now. I opened the egg carton and thought one of the eggs looked a bit off-center. Drat, methinks, it's cracked or broken. It turned out just to be a longer, narrower egg than any I've ever purchased from a grocery store. I'm used to getting eggs that defy the norm from farmers' markets or friends who raise chickens. I've never seen one like this get by the egg censors and make it into a commercial carton. Yeah, I'm just that weird that a slightly strange egg has totally made my day.
