In Girl Scouts, we used to sing grace before each meal. My favorite was to the tune of "Windy." "Thanks be to God, the Father Almighty. Thanks be to God, who gives us this bread. Thanks be to God, the Spirit Eternal. Thanks be to God forever." I leave the definition of "God" up to each reader, but think the sentiment appropriate every day but especially this one.
